A Citizen
Nataga officially became a US citizen today (he has been a permanent alien)!!! Yeah! We sent in his paperwork MONTHS ago (at least 9) and received his certificate today! We were beginning to worry that our paperwork had been lost or misplaced... Our mailman came to the door with an envelope that we had to sign for. When we saw the return address we were hoping that is what it was, and it was! Exciting stuff!

So glad to know my nephew isn't an alien anymore. ;)
Can't believe it was a year ago this week that we met the little guy for the first time. That was a good day!
its such a good feeling getting that in the mail. i kept missing the mailman and didn't know that was what he was trying to leave and finally had to go to the post office to pick it up.
Bekele Yonatan was what his birthmother named him and we liked it so much we decided not to change it. I really liked the idea of calling him Bek but with my name being Becky everyone thinks I named him after me.
Yay! That's awesome! Congrats. We still need to do that for R and also for E. :)
Just saw your comment about the girls' hair. Yeah, they always get fuzz in theirs, too. I use products from curls.biz. I condition with their hair milkshake daily and follow that up with curl gelesce (jealousy is how you say it) to hold the curls in place. I also use the shampoo and conditioner from the site and the detangler. Let me know if you have more questions. I'm more than happy to help! :)
